Overview

Job Summary : Provides leadership and direction for all the activities involved in the acquisition, distribution, and cost management of supplies, services, and capital equipment for Boone Health.

Job Responsibilities :

Oversight and management of supply chain. This includes personnel supervision, operational management, and supervision across the entire supply chain continuum : data management, sourcing and contracting, contract management, vendor management, purchasing and procurement, replenishment, logistics, inventory management, and accounts payables.

Evaluating current supply indicators and benchmarks and developing a set of indicators to govern the performance of Boone Health’s supply chain operations.

Evaluating the current level of supply costs and executing strategies on optimizing savings.

Development of a strategic plan towards cost reduction, customer satisfaction, service and performance, process, growth, enhanced affiliation relationships and innovation / technology aligned with Boone Health’s strategic plan.

Performs Other Responsibilities as Assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Degrees : Bachelor’s in a related field of study

Experience : 5-10 years

Supervisor Experience : 5-10 years

Licenses & Certifications :

Preferred Qualifications :

Degrees : Master’s Degree in related field

Experience : 10+ years

Supervisor Experience : 10+ years
