Administrative Position
This position is a specialized administrative position handling administrative work within the department and in a team environment. This position supports most other department positions and requires the person to understand the functions of their position and how it affects the departments workflow and how it affects each person's actual work.
Essential Functions
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
- Review and work with teams on escalating workloads as needed
- Assisting with labeling and scanning of claims
- Logging of claims, checks, metrics, reporting incoming mail, claims production, etc.
- Interaction between staff members on workflow and processes
- Knowledge of department and Navia systems as required for this position
- General office clerical duties
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule : M-F 10am-4pm (30 hours / part-time)This position requires personnel to be on site in our Fresno, CA office
