Two 7 on / 7 off physician teams and 1-2 APPs each day

  • Dedicated nocturnists cover all nights
  • Average patient census 15-18 per shift
  • Open ICU
  • No procedures required
  • Trauma bypass desigantion
  • Compensation :

    • 395,420 for 182 shifts per year

  • 325,500 for 156 shifts per year
  • Benefits : Full Benefits

    • 75,000 Sign-on bonus

  • 60,000 total retention bonus
  • 15,000 in relocation reimbursement
  • 6,000 CME annually
  • Malpractice with tail included at no cost
