Law Clerk

We specialize in Workers’ Compensation Insurance Defense, OSHA Employer Representation, and Industrial Insurance Litigation, serving a diverse clientele that includes employers, insurers, and third-party administrators.

Compensation :

$60,000+ Annual Salary

Responsibilities :

• Legal Research : Conduct research on various legal topics and provide summaries of findings to support the firm's attorneys.
• Document Preparation : Assist with the preparation of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• Case Management : Support case management tasks, such as scheduling court appearances, preparing case summaries and documents, as well as organizing case files.
• Ability to meet or exceed monthly billing requirements.
• Communication : Communicate effectively with clients, court staff, and others as directed by the firm's attorneys.
• Be able to collaborate and work on a team as well as individually.
