Supply Chain Coordinator

Purchasing And Inventory Control Specialist

Responsible for purchasing and inventory control to ensure material availability and accurate stock levels. This role manages purchase orders, vendor communication, and cycle count programs to maintain inventory integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Create and manage purchase orders; track deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor data and support sourcing and cost updates.
• Execute cycle counts, reconcile variances, and investigate root causes.
• Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points; recommend adjustments.
• Collaborate with planning and warehouse teams to align material flow with production needs.
• Support physical inventory and process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.

This is a contract to hire position based out of Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
