Architect / Project Manager - High-rise luxury residential buildings

Location : New York, NY

Salary : $90,000 to $115,000 per year

Job Description :

Our client is a New York City–based architecture firm specializing in  high-rise luxury residential buildings . They are seeking a  Project Manager  with 8+ years of experience to lead high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across NYC.

The ideal candidate will manage projects from schematic design through construction administration, overseeing internal teams and external consultants, and communicating directly with ownership.

The requirements of the role are :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a Project Manager role
• Strong  Revit  and AutoCAD skills
• Deep understanding of DOB documents and NYC building codes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead internal teams
• Proven track record of managing project timelines, budgets, and quality
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
