Medical Director - Hospitalist Program - Dayton, Ohio!!

An exceptional opportunity for a Medical Director over a well-established, successful Hospitalist group that is continuing to expand. Individual must have experience, be well-qualified, board certified / board eligible physician. The group is currently a 35-member group, looking to expand to 40 hospitalists. Hospital is looking for a leader that is attracted to the complexities, variety and rewards of working with hospitalized patients; and comfortable building and nurturing collaborative working relationships with community physicians, peers and hospital staff. The candidate will thrive and excel in a team atmosphere and regard continuity of care as a cornerstone of patient management. The vision is to build a strong team of individuals.

The current Hospitalist Group functions solely within the 850 + bed Hospital :

Level I trauma center

CareFlight, 24-hour air ambulance service

7 days on and 7 days off FT - PT will be worked out with Medical Director
