CONTRACT DETAILS :

Shift open : 6am-6 : 30pm or 6pm-6 : 30am

Every other weekend Required

Guaranteed 36 hrs a week

Contract is for 9 weeks

• REFERRAL INCENTIVE : Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS !

Job Summary

We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

Active LPN certification for the state of NM

COVID-19 Vaccine Card / Exemption or Declination

Physical and TB screening

Driver's License / State ID & SSN Card

NM Caregivers Criminal History Screening

EMR : Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.
