Community Director

Required Experience :

• Two to four years experience as a residential property manager with profit and loss responsibility
• Management skills (interviewing evaluating performance discipline coaching team building)
• Passionate and enthusiastic about making a positive impact on people
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Positive friendly and upbeat attitude with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred
• Valid California drivers license clean driving record and insurance required
• Able to meet all physical requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Must have a credit history that demonstrates sound financial decision making responsibility and reliability
