Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with repair status updates and resolve issues professionally
Guide repair locations, ensuring high-quality work and negotiating fair pricing
Collaborate with leadership to improve repair efficiency and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
Understanding of repair methodology and processes
Ability to discern related and unrelated damages
Experience with an auto estimating program such as CCC One
Strong background in auto damage analysis (12 months preferred)
