Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
The Mechatronics & Robotics Technician (MRT) will be responsible for the following :
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment (Ex : conveyors)
- Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures
- Perform battery changes, and preventive maintenance on batteries
- Enter downtime data in daily log, complete PM sheets
- Electrical, knowledge of basic components
- Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment
- Track and store the departments inventory, including spare parts

Additional Skills & Qualifications :
MRTs MUST HAVE at least 2+ years of experience conducting quality predictive & preventative maintenance procedures.2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment (MHE) or automated conveyor systems and controls2+ years of experience in blueprint and electrical schematic reading2+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles2+ years of experience of following and demonstrating safety standards1+ year experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experienceEducation : High school or equivalent diplomaPreferred Industries & Equipment : Candidate from Distribution, Logistics, Manufacturing, Industrial industries performing maintenance on complex systems and industrial equipment (running diagnostics, inspections, troubleshooting, repairing, creating work orders), specifically experience with conveyors)Preferred Qualifications :Able to troubleshoot basic input and output function of building operationsExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Continuous improvement mindsetWillingness to learn and growExperience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standardsAssociates or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field2+ of experience working with PLC based controls systemsExperience with robotic operation and maintenancePay and Benefits :
