You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, managing payments, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, efficient, and enjoys keeping financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and execute payments (via bank transfer, checks, or other methods)
• Maintain accounts payable records and reconcile statements
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or payment issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting
• Support ad hoc finance-related tasks as needed
