Location : Charlotte NC

Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team. This role involves working in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for supporting production and handling project work. The position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work closely with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10 years of overall ETL and data warehousing development experience
  • Experience with Big Data technologies such as HDFS, Spark, Impala, Hive, or Informatica Power Center
  • Proficiency in Oracle database with the ability to write and understand SQL
  • Working knowledge of Linux basics, including writing and understanding basic shell scripts
  • Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills with a drive to determine the root cause of issues
  • Experience with data movement and transformation technologies

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, shell scripting, or other programming languages
  • Familiarity with AutoSys job scheduling

    • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand project requirements, design solutions, and implement them effectively
  • Lead projects and guide team members, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Provide Level 3 production support by analyzing issues, determining root causes, and proposing solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to propose strategic solutions and innovative work-around solutions
  • Engage with information architecture teams for design solutions and technology adoption ideas
