Plan and implement a well-rounded and stimulating program of activities for seniors that fosters a positive atmosphere and meets the spiritual, cultural, physical, intellectual, and social needs of residents both inside and outside the Community.The primary responsibility of the Activity Director is the organization, conduct, and evaluation of planned activities.Supervise activities / transportation staff, if applicable; provide training; set and adjust rates of pay and hours of workMust haves :
High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum one year of experience working with elderlyShall have at least one year experience providing planned activities or have completed or be enrolled in an appropriate education or training program.Must possess valid First Aid CertificationValid license to drive a passenger vehicle, state required licenses, and a clean motor vehicle report.Must also be available for weekend coverage and on call emergency situations on a rotating basis.Would be great :
