Your Responsibilities :

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with ADLs

Document care accurately and follow care plans

Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team

Provide emotional support and build relationships with those you care for

What We’re Looking For :

Active LPN or RN license in the state of Missouri (required)

Current CPR / BLS certification

Skilled nursing or long-term care experience (preferred)

Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude
