job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher in a life science discipline A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, including both early- and late-stage program management (e.g., IND / CTA and NDA / MAA submissions) Proven experience leading global drug development programs PMP certification strongly preferred Solid understanding of the drug development lifecycle and the interdependencies across key functions, including research, CMC, non-clinical, clinical, and manufacturing Collaborate with Team Leaders to guide the development and implementation of overall program strategy Create and maintain integrated program schedules aligned with established frameworks to support accurate project analysis, critical path identification, and assessment of resource constraints Evaluate program risks and contribute to the development and monitoring of mitigation plans Independently define and manage program goals, work plans, timelines, and budgets, providing regular formal and informal updates to stakeholders Lead scenario planning activities to prepare teams for multiple potential outcomes at key milestones Oversee relationships and deliverables with external partners (as applicable), ensuring obligations are met on schedule Identify and utilize interdependencies across short-, mid-, and long-term program plans, advising teams on risks and opportunities to accelerate development
