• 8 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 6 pm with occasional weekends
• 35 guaranteed hours
• Skilled nursing adults and geriatrics caseload
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Minimum 1 year SNF experience preferred
• 13 week assignment
