This is a hands-on role focused on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining generators in commercial and residential environments. Key Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair commercial and residential generators.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and schematics to identify issues.
- Provide detailed service documentation and communicate repair needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Adhere to safety and compliance standards at all times.
