Position Overview : As the Digital Performance Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our organization by generating high-quality leads through digital channels and improving our community marketing efforts. This role blends performance marketing, CRM expertise, and sales enablement to fuel growth, starting with email, paid social, and HubSpot automation. You’ll manage and optimize campaigns, improve funnel performance, and align closely with sales and customer success to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive qualified leads through digital channels, with a strong focus on email marketing, paid social, advertising, referrals, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Create compelling email campaigns, landing pages, and social content that resonate with our target audience and encourage engagement and lead acquisition.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Optimize tactics to improve lead quality and conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Test and iterate quickly using data-driven insights.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration

  • Partner with sales to understand lead quality, feedback loops, and conversion blockers.
  • Create segmented lists, workflows, and reports that support outreach efforts.
  • Develop playbooks and lead nurture sequences aligned to sales stages.
  • Ensure clean handoff of leads to the sales team with context and tracking.
  • HubSpot & CRM Management

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Ops team member to set up and manage lead flow design, contact management, automation workflows, list hygiene, and reporting.
  • Reporting & Optimization

  • Track lead sources, funnel performance, and campaign ROI.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights to marketing and sales leadership.
  • Run A / B tests on messaging, creative, and timing to improve results.
  • Requirements :

    Ideal Qualifications :

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including online advertising, social media, and SEO.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation, preferably in a B2B or B2B2C environment.
  • Considers themselves an expert in email marketing, conversion-oriented landing pages, and paid media.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other teams.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and achieving lead generation targets.
  • Passion for education, literacy, and making a positive impact on children's lives.
  • Experience with Hubspot is required.
  • What We’re Looking For

  • 5-7 years of experience in lead generation, demand gen, or performance marketing.
  • Deep working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM+ Marketing Hub).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta required, others a plus).
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, scoring, and nurturing strategies.
  • Experience supporting B2B2C teams and aligning marketing to pipeline goals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Clear communicator with strong project management skills.
