Nursing Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor supervises the comprehensive nursing care provided to patients and family members regarding disease processes. Provides case management of patient from admission through discharge and coordinates all treatment modalities, monitors all outcomes of care, case conferences, and notifies physicians as needed. Must exhibit a high degree of initiative and judgement in carrying out total case management responsibilities. Home care experience required.
