Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Springfield, MO, for a Lead Clinical Therapist. The Lead Clinical Therapist will be responsible for providing mental health treatment to individuals and families, conducting assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans. Day-to-day tasks include leading therapy sessions, offering case management support, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves mentoring other therapists and contributing to the ongoing development of the treatment program.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Work, Psychology, and Mental Health
• Experience in Case Management and Family Therapy
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy practices and holistic approaches
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; licensure needed (e.g., LCSW, LPC)
• Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and treatment strategies
