This role will be based in Oslo, Norway; we are a 100% remote company. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

You will :
Lead, manage, and grow multiple teams of product focused software & data engineersEmbrace and incubate emerging technology and open source products across all platformsWork to modernize our existing tech stacks and data platformsCollaborate with internal teams to find areas of opportunities for automation and machine learningPartner with architects, product owners, data professionals, and software & data engineers to drive the implementation of new applicationsWork within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across full-stack development tools and technologies.Lead efforts to deploy new and existing applications into AWS environments and provide operational support for the applications.Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standardsBasic Qualifications :
Bachelors DegreeAt least 10 years experience in data engineeringAt least 8 years of experience managing software or data engineering teamsAt least 4 years of experience with Big Data and data processingAt least 4 years of experience with cloud based data platformsPreferred Qualifications :
Masters Degree15+ years of experience in data engineering10+ years of experience managing software and data engineering teams4+ years of experience with AWSWhat we offer....
