As An Executive Assistant You Will :

• Manage and maintain executives’ calendars; schedule all calls, meetings, and appointments
• Draft, edit, and prepare email correspondence and memos for internal and external communications on behalf of the executives
• Perform miscellaneous tasks including copying and digital document storage and filing
• Manage and submit monthly expense reports
• Coordinate and prepare meetings and events for both in-person and virtual settings; handle all logistics including but not limited to room setup, materials, reservations, and meals
• Prepare all meeting materials including presentations, agendas, and reports
• Attend meetings, taking minutes, and prepare follow-up action items and summaries for participants
• Assist in coordinating projects or performing additional administrative support tasks for the executive team as needed
