Position Summary :
This role is based in a non-clinical facility and is responsible for a variety of tasks related to accounts receivable and customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Post payments to member accounts accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy
- Process returned payments and initiate appropriate follow-up actions
- Issue refunds and apply account adjustments (memos) as needed
- Generate member correspondence and financial letters
- Respond to email inquiries from members and internal stakeholders
- Handle incoming telephone inquiries regarding billing, payment rates, and account concerns
- Process member payments, update account information in the system, and document all interactions accordingly
- Route calls to appropriate departments or team members
- Provide high-quality customer service to members, brokers, and internal personnel
- Demonstrate professional telephone etiquette and effective communication skills
- Navigate and work efficiently using dual monitors and multiple systems simultaneously
- Perform additional administrative or financial duties as assigned by the Team Coordinator
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and OutlookExperience handling high call volumes or working in a phone-based customer service environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work independently in a team-oriented environmentThis job is In-Person.
