Position Description

We are looking for a Home Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

Utility Driver Work Schedule

5-day work week (Monday Friday or Sunday night Friday morning). You must be able to work either shift.

Utility Driver Compensation

24 per hour

Utility Driver Responsibilities

• Pre / Post inspections of delivery trucks (DOT requirement)
• Log hours of service such as driving, on, off, etc. (DOT requirement)
• Practice safe driving by following DOT regulations and company standards
• Navigate customer deliveries utilizing a GPS system
• Pick orders from warehouse and load product into truck
• Deliver dairy & grocery products to wholesale customers
• Pick up & deliver orders from outside vendors
• Conduct inter-company deliveries between regions
• Able to use handheld scanners to track inventory and delivery of products
• Able to lift crates of milk weighing up to 50lbs, including items overhead
• Able to traverse multiple landscapes (uneven ground, wet or frozen terrain, etc.)
• Able to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.)
• Able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients
• Perform a Home Delivery route as needed during peak times
