Ultimate Staffing is assisting a company in the North Houston area to find a Client Service Representative to join their growing team.

Position Overview :

Temporary-to-hire
IN OFFICE, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Pay : $17 / HR - $19 / HR
Company offers comprehensive benefits package once permanent

Job Duties :

Manage all customer orders including updates, inputting customer information, providing shipping information, sending invoices, updating orders, and more

Administrative duties such as data entry of customer information, updating purchase orders, checking email

Serve as liaison between the customer and company / customer service department

Qualifications :

3+ years of recent customer service experience in an office setting

Great communication skills, both written and verbal

High School Diploma

Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to starting
