Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to a team of accounting professionals, fostering an environment of growth and development
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring their timely and accurate delivery to clients
- Direct and coordinate day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Collaborate with the tax department to ensure accurate and timely preparation of client tax returns
- Establish and maintain effective internal control procedures to safeguard client assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implement best practices and efficient processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors within the accounting operations
