Technology Literacy IT Support / Troubleshooting

Must be at least 16 years old.

• Description : Help adult learners troubleshoot technical issues with B1C-issued laptops, enhancing their ability to participate in IT Literacy programs.
• Responsibilities : Meet with participants individually (onsite or remotely) to resolve tech issues and provide basic support. B1C staff will initiate the connection between volunteers and learners.
• Skills needed : English / Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Schedule and time commitment : Minimum 3-month commitment. At least 1-2 hours per week (flexible based on volunteer availability).
• Training and supervision : Workforce Development staff
