Job Title : Field Service Engineer

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer. This position requires a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in servicing MR and CT machines. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of medical imaging equipment and providing top-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MR and CT machines.
Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure equipment performance.
Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use of equipment.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
Collaborate with team members and clients to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and participate in relevant training sessions.

Essential Qualifications :

Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical imaging.

Must have 5+ years of recent experience specifically with MR and CT machines.

Factory or formal training from PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS, or third-party training from RSTI or ALL PARTS.

Must provide certification from any of the OEMs (Philips / GE / Siemens / Third party).

US citizenship is required.

Possession of an active state license.

Desired Experience :

Solid track record of job stability, with no gaps in education or work history.

Experience working directly with healthcare technology clients.

Salary & Benefits :

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance. This range is for your reference only and should not be disclosed to candidates.
