Job Title : Field Service Engineer

Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer. This position requires a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in servicing MR and CT machines. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of medical imaging equipment and providing top-quality service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of MR and CT machines.
  • Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure equipment performance.
  • Provide technical support and training to healthcare staff on the proper use of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical imaging technology and participate in relevant training sessions.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Field Service Engineer in medical imaging.
  • Must have 5+ years of recent experience specifically with MR and CT machines.
  • Factory or formal training from PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS, or third-party training from RSTI or ALL PARTS.
  • Must provide certification from any of the OEMs (Philips / GE / Siemens / Third party).
  • US citizenship is required.
  • Possession of an active state license.
  • Desired Experience :

  • Solid track record of job stability, with no gaps in education or work history.
  • Experience working directly with healthcare technology clients.
  • Salary & Benefits :

    The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance. This range is for your reference only and should not be disclosed to candidates.
