Ready to make your mark in quality assurance? Ōnin Staffing is now hiring full-time Quality Technicians to support a leading manufacturer. If you're detail-oriented and experienced in product inspections, audits, and maintaining high standards, we want to connect with you!

What You'll Do as a Quality Technician :

  • Perform inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
  • Evaluate statistical data to maintain product quality and reliability
  • Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and schematics
  • Inspect flat blank layouts, out-of-box audits (OBA), and calibration of tools
  • Record audit data, generate QA reports, and recommend improvements
  • Provide factory support to resolve issues related to materials and manufacturing

    • Work Experience

    The Preferred Candidate Will Bring :

  • 6+ years of quality control experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical training a plus)
  • Strong understanding of quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA, ISO / FDA Auditing a plus)
  • Ability to read blueprints, interpret specifications, and analyze test results
  • ASQ certification (CQT, CQA, CQPA, CSSGB) preferred but not required
