Shipping Coordinator

Logistics Specialist

Shift : M-F 8 am 5 pm (1 hr. lunch) Pay : $18.00 hr

Responsibilities :

• Generate shipping documents (labels, BOLs, pallet tags)
• Schedule shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Shipping Manager, and other logistics websites and phone numbers
• Assisting QC with final visual inspection on final builds, labels, etc.
• Responsible to packing all final assemblies with proper packing to ensure a safe transit for the end user
• Ordering shipping supplies, boxes, tape, bags, UL labels, etc.
• Keeping dock and shipping area clean and organized
• Willing to help cut department with wire prep : cutting, labeling, stocking, etc.
• Able to lift 40 lbs. unassisted
