Duran Golf Club is looking for a Part-Time Inside Operations team member to support the daily flow of activity at our Development Center, short course, and practice grounds.  In this role, you’ll help create a seamless experience for our golfers by keeping facilities running smoothly and ensuring the course and practice areas are ready for play.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform opening, mid-day, and closing procedures in line with the Operations Manual.
  • Use the POS system to enter sales, process returns, update customer information, and manage play times.
  • Support merchandise and food & beverage operations through display setup, inventory control, promotions, and sales.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance to every guest.
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the practice tee, surrounding areas, and short course.
  • Carry out cleaning duties within the Development Center facility as needed.
  • Assist in other areas of the operation as needed

Requirements :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong computer proficiency required, including the ability to effectively operate POS systems and adapt to evolving golf technology
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Demonstrate attentiveness and patience for customers with excellent presentation skills
  • Exhibit the ability to be adaptable and work in varying weather conditions
