Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to support and maintain equipment in the beverage packaging industry. In this role, you will travel to client sites to install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong customer service mindset. You will work closely with clients to provide technical support and ensure equipment operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair beverage packaging equipment on-site.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
Provide training and support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service and repair activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve system performance.

Qualifications :

Experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.

Prior experience in the beverage packaging industry is a plus.

Travel Requirements :

Travel required approximately 90% of the time.

Will be home every other weekend.

Company credit card provided for travel and expenses.
