Technical / Functional Skills
- 5 to 10 years relevant work experience in TrackWise Application, preferably
- TrackWise version 8.0 and above. Including Web Services, Configuration, and
- support.
- Good Technical knowledge in SQL, Trac kWise DB structure and Crystal Reports design.
- Well versed with Business processes like Complaint Management, CAPA,
- Deviation Management, Audits.
- Good understanding about Software Development Life Cycle, Change and Problem Managements.
- Gxp, 21 CFR Part 11 and Life Sciences Domain knowledge.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.

Roles & Responsibilities
Perform configurations in TrackWise modules like Team Access, Web Admin,Coordinator, Migrator Designing Workflows, Admin Queries, Admin Triggers,Notifications, PR Imports etc.,Strong experience in creation and update of Crystal Reports as per businessrequirements.Installation and configuration of TrackWise Version components & performingTrackWise version upgrades and Migration.Development and implementation of TrackWise interfaces using web services.Develop & update Crystal Reports as per user needs.Actively participates in project meetings and planning activities.Generic Managerial Skills
