Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY : Direct Support Professional for enhanced behavioral residential group homes (EBSH) staff provides assistance and supervises residents in activities of daily living and implements Behavior Support and Health Care Plans. They are responsible for adhering to and documenting a resident's program as directed by the Program Administrator, RN House Manager, or licensed staff in charge. They are responsible for providing active programming at all times.
