We are looking for a People that can work on Honeycomb Platform that spans across multiple tenants like Client Support Communities, Developer Forums, and Education Forums.

Software Engineer Requirements

Must-Have : 10+ more years with Java, and 5+more years with Mongo, and hands on experience with Al tools like [RooCode and Claude]

Hands on experience with the following :

1. Design and development of highly available, distributed and scalable enterprise systems.

2. Spring Boot, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, and MicroServices architecture.

3. AWS deployments, scaling and EKS cluster management

4. GIT, PR process, CI / CD Pipelines and deployments.

• Experience and strong knowledge in developing high throughput, high performance, and zero downtime systems.
• Experience in performance tuning of the applications including JVM tuning, memory profiling, deadlocks and heap analysis.
• Strong knowledge of customer facing web application development, HTTP specs, Load- balancing and understanding of CDN.
• Experience with Java test frameworks such as JUnit and testNG and Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and frameworks. Familiarity with template driven rendering and client and server side MVC architectures
• Familiarity with Splunk for investigating or monitoring problems on systems.
• Thorough understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, tools and agile methodologies.
• Sharp troubleshooting skills and real world systems deployment experience.

Pay Range : $65 / hr - $70 / hr

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
