Ability to work well independently and on a team. Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills. Open to continuing education (college degree preferred). Positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment. A passion to make customers and coworkers feel important and valued. Capability to work quickly and efficiently. To support our recent growth, Lawley is adding a Personal Insurance Account Executive to their team in Rochester, NY! If you enjoy following up on warm sales leads provided by Lawley, assisting and prospecting clients regarding their personal insurance needs (home, auto, etc.), and want to partner with a company who values YOU and work-life balance, please consider confidentially contacting us! Fundamental Components of the Job :
- Use in-house leads to cross-sell, consult, and sell new Personal Lines accounts, as well as cross sell and develop centers of influence (COIs) in a timely manner.
- Refer current and prospective clients to Commercial and Employee Benefit lines for cross-sell opportunities.
- Recommend appropriate coverages for clients, prepare rating quotes (PL Rater) and proposals, and present to prospective and existing clients
- Complete applications and related documentation for timely submission to appropriate carriers.

The compensation range for this position takes many factors into consideration including, but not limited to : years of experience / training, skill set, and licenses / designations. It is not typical for an individual to be hired near the top of the range for a position, as circumstances and location can vary in every hiring situation.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is : $51,498.15 – $85,830.25
