Position : Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist
Location : Concord, NC
Schedule : Part-time, we are open Mon-Fri
Compensation : $38.00 - $45.00 / hr (pending experience)
Select Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist for ouroutpatient orthopedic center! Although a certified hand therapist (CHT) is preferred, we are willing to consider occupational therapists or physical therapists with one year of experience in hand therapy (required). We have a network of hand therapists and CHTs available for support and are excited to mentor occupational therapists aspiring to be a CHT.

Collaboration : Supervise assistants and aides and contribute to case management.High Standard of Care : Stay current and up to date with occupational therapy research and employ Evidence Based Practice (RCB, clinician expertise, patient perception).Personalized Treatment : Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, from evaluating and creating a plan of care to treatment and discharge.Relationship-Building : Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications :
Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) -accredited school of occupational therapyOne (1) year of experience as a hand therapistCPR certificationValid driver’s licensePreferred Qualifications :
At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedicMinimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferredAdditional Data
