The Learning Partner III is a senior individual contributor role on the Brilliant University Team. You will be responsible for independently leading and consulting on large-scale training programs and initiatives that have a significant impact on organizational growth and business needs. This role focuses on technical and professional learning solutions, requires advanced instructional design, and demonstrated ability to grow talent in a function. The Learning Partner III will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching less experienced team members of the Learning and Development team.

How You’ll Spark Change

Lead the design, development, and execution of high-impact learning programs that drive business results.

Serve as a subject matter expert in instructional design, program facilitation, and organizational learning.

Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational needs and provide learning solutions that enhance performance and productivity.

Develop advanced learning curricula, blended learning solutions, and performance improvement initiatives.

Analyze the effectiveness of programs using data and feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Oversee vendor and contract management for external partners, ensuring alignment with program goals, budget compliance, and service-level expectations.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development in the Learning and Development field.

Why You’ll Shine

Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Social Science, or a related field. Will also consider candidates with 10+ years’ experience in Learning and Development.

5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on strategic program design and implementation.

Expertise in advanced instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

Proven success in leading large-scale learning initiatives and delivering impactful training solutions.

Ability to work effectively with senior leaders to align learning programs with business strategies.

Strong data analysis skills and the ability to measure learning program effectiveness.

Excellent written & verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
