Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Lead to join our this role you will play a pivotal part in designing developing and optimizing business intelligence solutions leveraging the MicroStrategy platform to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities-

Architect and implement sophisticated MicroStrategy solutions to meet complex business requirements ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into robust BI solutions that deliver actionable insights.
Lead the design and development of dashboards reports and data visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
Optimize existing MicroStrategy applications and reports for performance reliability and usability utilizing best practices and advanced optimization techniques.
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancement of BI capabilities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications-

10 years of experience in MicroStrategy development including extensive experience with report development and dashboard design.

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases including performance tuning and optimization.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience with additional BI tools such as Tableau Power BI or QlikView.

Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.

Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Deep expertise in MicroStrategy including MicroStrategy Desktop MicroStrategy Web and Mobile.

Strong SQL skills with a focus on performance optimization techniques.

Familiarity with data modeling and data governance principles.

Soft Skills and Cultural Fit

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to interpret complex datasets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes.
