What You’ll Do : You’ll lead stormwater and hydrology designs that matter—transforming complex challenges into sustainable, community-friendly solutions.

• Develop stormwater management designs and prepare hydraulic / hydrology calculations and studies
• Author Storm Water Quality Management Plans (SWQMPs) and intake forms for Standard and Priority Development Projects
• Create innovative preliminary stormwater strategies with cross-functional teams
• Design in AutoCAD Civil3D 2022, integrating BMPs with grading plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure compliance with local / state regulations
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
• Lead technical resubmittals, address agency comments, and manage project deadlines
• Assist in proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives
