Payroll Clerk

Under the direction of the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Clerk will be a part of the Human Resources Team and responsible for a variety of duties vital to ensuring accuracy of payments and records, as well as fielding general payroll related questions for U-Haul U.S. and Canadian Team Members.

Essential Duties :

• Prepare and process adjustments and corrections to ensure accurate Team Member records
• Communication with team members regarding payroll questions
• Tracking communication through ticketing system
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws to ensure compliance
• Processing additional payments as needed
• Audit internal payroll functions
