We are hiring a Public Cloud Project Manager . This role involves customer relationship management and advocacy for Canonical's technical assets. It is ideal for a technologist passionate about Linux and Project Management. If you have a software affinity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, you will thrive at Canonical.

Public Cloud Project Managers lead accounts and provide insights for Canonical's key Tier 1 Enterprise Public Cloud accounts. They collaborate with teams from Software Engineering to Senior Executives. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects, shaping Statements of Work, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring goals are met. Periodic international travel is required, with travel details depending on project needs.

Location : This role is remote within the Americas region.

Responsibilities include :

• Delivering programs and projects within schedule, scope, budget, and resources
• Identifying and mitigating technical and project risks
• Maintaining strong customer focus and stakeholder engagement
• Conducting status meetings and business reviews
• Managing delivery schedules of third-party deliverables
• Handling cross-organization engineering requests outside existing contracts
• Advocating Canonical technologies to customers
