Overview

As a Shift Lead , you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Hourly Pay : $18.00 / hr.

Shift(s) :

1st Shift : Monday-Thursday 4 : 30am-3 : 00pm

2nd Shift : Friday-Sunday 4 : 30am-3 : 00pm

Location : Alachua, FL 32615

What You'll Do

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he / she to sets shift / operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely / legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
