About this Role :

The Integrated Systems of Care Division, Waiver Compliance Unit is seeking an analyst to perform the difficult and sensitive work to ensure program success. The analyst is responsible for conducting monitoring and oversight activities for two 1915(c) Waiver Programs : providing technical assistance to providers, developing, execution and follow-up of corrective action plans and conducting on-site, desk, and / or virtual audits. The incumbent must establish and maintain a working knowledge of the division’s programs and policies as well as be able to communicate clearly with program providers. Statewide overnight travel of up to 50% is required to various home and provider settings. The work performed is essential for the Californians we service, so join us to make a difference!

Results from the AGPA / SSA examination(s) currently in progress may be utilized for filling the(se) position(s).

This position may be subject to the Department’s Conflict of Interest Code and may require annual filing of a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) when assuming office, annually while in office, and upon leaving office.
