Overview
This position conducts environmental site assessments (Phase I / II ESA studies); groundwater and soil investigations; underground storage tank assessments; and remediation assessments. This position also supports project work in San Antonio and the surrounding areas by working with the TCEQ, EAA, and other local regulatory agencies on various public and private development projects in accordance with Federal, State, and local laws.
Responsibilities
- Perform and coordinate environmental projects, site investigations, assessments, environmental contaminant remediation, regulatory compliance and related projects
- Conduct and prepare Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, site remediation, soil and groundwater investigations, underground storage tank (UST) assessments, and / or other regulatory reporting including Affected Property Assessment Reports (APARs), Response Action Plans (RAPs), Response Action Completion Reports (RACRs), Subchapter T Permitting and Work Plans, and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans
- Evaluate data, perform analysis, interpretation and report preparation
- Prepare work scopes, proposals, reports and project deliverables
