Our team is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join us on a temp-to-hire basis in Mesa, AZ. This immediate opportunity involves managing vendor invoicing, reconciliations, and expense reporting while leveraging systems such as Great Plains or NetSuite. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, performing reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies, managing expense reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting deadlines and contributing to the overall success of the accounts payable team.

Requirements : + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable roles. + Expertise in Great Plains or NetSuite software is required. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. + Proven problem-solving capabilities and a commitment to attention to detail.
