Business Data Analyst (Newtown)

A healthcare insurance company's Enterprise Data Office is hiring for a Data / Business Systems Analyst with strong techno functional experience to lead data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Payor data and processes like Claims, Population Health and payor data standards. This person will analyze data files for ingestion and write functional requirements supporting the SDLC and Agile lifecycle from initiation, design, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create Documentation like Functional specifications and source to target mappings
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and profiling
• Validate payer data, including claims, membership, provider, and clinical datasets.
• Collaborate with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Snowflake

Qualifications

Compensation :

$40 / hr to $52 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
