POSITION SUMMARY

The Development Director is responsible for planning implementing and evaluating a comprehensive fundraising strategy that ensures GenerateHopes financial health and long-term sustainability. This includes oversight of individual giving major gifts grants events donor communications and stewardship. The Development Director serves as a key ambassador of the mission cultivating meaningful relationships with donors foundations churches and community partners.

This role requires a strategic thinker strong storyteller and experienced fundraiser who is comfortable leading innovating and collaborating with staff board members and volunteers.

Compensation : $105000.00 - $120000.00 per year

GenerateHope is a safe place for survivors of sex trafficking to heal and find restoration in long-term housing and trauma-informed therapy education and vocational support . Since recovery from sexual exploitation is a long-term process GenerateHope provides safety community and individualized life skills support to work through the deep trauma and discover a healthy purpose-filled life.

Our Mission

We serve sex trafficking victims by offering a real way out. GenerateHope is a faith-based organization providing long-term comprehensive programs to women who have been sexually trafficked so that they are able to reintegrate into society and walk powerfully into their futures.

To date over 185 women have experienced the acceptance care and resources within the GenerateHope system.

Our Vision

GenerateHopes vision is to see survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation recover from the abuse and trauma of the sex trade. It is also our goal to educate our community and work with law enforcement and task forces to eradicate human trafficking.
