Your Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding support to German-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat communication channels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.
Help customers understand product features and guide them in using our services effectively.
Document customer interactions and resolutions for future reference in our support system.
Work collaboratively with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Engage in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with product knowledge and customer service best practices.
